UNITED KINGDOM DELIVERY STATUS
Our couriers are currently operating a normal delivery service and we are not currently aware of any delays.
You should expect to receive your order within 4 days.
EU CUSTOMERS
Since the UK left the EU in January 2021 we have been looking for a solution for the increased taxes and duties our international customers have been experiencing.
After lengthy discussions with our couriers it has become clear that there is not yet a reliable way for us to ensure customers will not receive any additional charges at point of delivery.
We are pleased to announce that we have now made an update to our website so customers from international regions can shop online without paying UK taxes.
Prices on site are displayed inclusive of UK VAT, with the discount automatically applied at checkout once you enter your shipping destination.
As the UK has now left the EU, customers within the European Union will be subject to Tax, Duties and Brokerage fees on delivery.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTIES ON DELIVERY
Custom and duty charges are at the discretion of the receipting country's customs agency.
Custom and duty charges are calculated by the receiving country depending on the category of goods.
These fees will vary from country to country and are charged through the shipping company by your government.
The fees are not included at checkout.
