Delivery Information

Customers ordering within the UK (excluding wholesale)

All UK customer orders are currently been dispatched from our family dispatch centre in Beverley, East Yorkshire. (within the UK), this means that you will not incur any additional customs/duty charges.

All purchases will be processed and shipped within 5 days of order using a RoyalMail Tracked48 service.

Customers will be sent a tracking number once the order has been processed. It will usually take 2-3 days from ship date for delivery to most UK addresses, however please allow up to 7 days.

Customers ordering from an EU country (including wholesale)

There has been no change to this service, we are dispatching all international orders from our workshop here in Kinsale, Co.Cork. Republic Of Ireland (within the EU). Orders within Europe should not incur any additional customs/duty charges.

All purchases will be processed and shipped within 5 days of order via our DHL Express currier service.

Please allow up to 5 days from ship date for delivery via DHL. Delays may occur due to customs. All customs duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local post office or DHL facility for further information concerning customs duties or fees.

Customers ordering from the Rest of World (Non-EU)

There has been no change to this service, we are dispatching all international orders from our workshop here in Kinsale, Co.Cork. Republic Of Ireland.

All purchases will be processed and shipped within 5 days of order via our DHL Express currier service.
